2018 Brushy Creek - Away
Red Team Families -
School is out, we've had a full week of summer practice and we are ready to go for our 3rd meet of the season!
"Early is on time, on time is late, and late is unacceptable!" ~ Eric Jerome Dickey
Unfortunately we had MANY late swimmers and volunteers at the last meet. There are numerous cogs to the wheel that make a meet successful and one of those key elements is getting swimmers checked in on time. I know it sounds trivial but late swimmers cause a considerable amount of work for Coach Kay and our Computer volunteers which may ultimately delay the meet. We've got a little later start time this week and the sun may even be up; so please plan to arrive on time:)

PARKING:
It is very important that we follow their parking map as the team has a very strained relationship with their HOA and MUD. Marlin volunteers and the Sheriff's dept will be patrolling the vicinity. Citations may be issued & vehicles may be towed by Williamson County without any warning.
Parking priority is as follows:
- Pool Parking/Angled parking on Sendero Springs Drive
- Hatch House parking lot (3 minute walk to the pool)
- Specified and limited neighborhood parking - ONLY if necessary. Do not park in the cul-de-sac next to the pool.
Brushy Creek also asks that everyone please watch their speed in the neighborhood. The Parking plan includes angled parking along a busy street that families will be crossing.
MEET ABSENCES:
- Report any full or partial meet absences by utilizing the Report a Meet Absence tab on the upper right hand corner of the Red Team website
- For any injury, illness or other situation that occurs that will prevent your child from attending the meet please text me (808-346-1889) as soon a possible so we can adjust our meet entries
HEAT SHEETS/MEET ENTRIES:
- Heat Sheets and Meet Entries are posted under the Calendar section of the Red Team website. Please check the meet entries file that is posted along with the Heat Sheets. This will tell you what events (including heat and lane) your swimmer is in. Relays are also listed on here as well. However please know that relays are always subject to change.
MEET INFORMATION:
- Tired of so many e-mails? We now are posting the Meet Details right by the Heat Sheets under the Calendar section.

CONCESSIONS:
- The Marlins will have a full Concessions stand with a variety of items (breakfast tacos, grill items, drinks, etc). Their concession stand will be located in the pavilion area outside of the pool fence. Bring cash as swimmers LOVE to hit the Concessions stands!
