Please note: Swimmer check-in and arrival will be earlier than the meet start time.  Meet start times are generally between 7 and 7:30 am and will be finalized closer to the date.

• 5/23: Stars Red & Aquadillos at RR Dolphins (Away @ Round Rock)
• 5/30: Bye Week - No Meet
• 6/06: Balcones Country Club Sharks (Away)
• 6/13: Georgetown Aquadillos (Away)
• 6/17: Star Wars Meet – Sponsored by Texas Ecogrow (HOME) - evening meet
• 6/20: Brushy Creek (HOME)
• 6/27: Division 2 Championships – RR, SR, BHC (Away @ Round Rock)
• 6/28: NWSC Invitationals – RRISD Aquatics Center
  • Invitational Qualifying Times are required.

• 6/07: Teen Game Night (Ages 13+) – Bella Mar Community Center
• 6/30: Red Team End of Season Awards Ceremony – Hill Country Bible Church

🏊 Meet Signup & Attendance

Action Required: All families must declare their swimmer's attendance for every meet.

How to Sign Up

1. Declare Attendance: Let us know if your swimmer is attending or not attending.
2. Select Events: Choose the events your swimmer would like to enter.
   • Note: For 5/6 Swimmers, just mark attendance. Coach Diana will handle the event selections!
3. Review Instructions: Check the Meet Signup Instructions for a step-by-step guide and the full signup schedule.

⛔ Deadlines & Late Changes

Once the Monday 12:00 PM deadline passes, the system locks and online edits are no longer possible.

If your plans change after the deadline:

• Do not attempt to edit your entries online.
• Text Michelle McMeekin (Team Coordinator) immediately at 815-739-6361.
