Parents,

What a wonderful home meet we had today against the Hurricanes! The sun was shining, the sky was blue and the kids were smiling. Here are just a few post meet points and other information..

Post Meet Documents: the following documents are attached to this email and can also be found in the calendar section (under past events) on the website:

• Meet Results - Official results from the meet
• Individual Records - Congratulations to Colton Sapinoro for breaking the 13/14 boys 50 Back record!
• Invitational Qualifiers - This is a list of individuals who have qualified to attend the Invitational on July 10th. Invitational Qualifying times can be found on the right hand side of the website as well as at the top of each event on the Heat Sheets. We have 57 qualifiers in so far and will have many more as the season progresses! CONGRATULATIONS! Coach Diana will distribute invitational caps as soon as they arrive.

Meet Photos: We have a hard-working volunteer each meet that takes photos of swimmers, coaches, parents, volunteers, etc. You can access the photos once they are posted by clicking on the "Meet Photos" button on the right hand side of the website.

Ribbons: Ribbons will be in your family folder which will be along the wall of the pavilion during practice all week

• NOTE: The circuit is still waiting on the delivery of ribbons for this season. We have placed the ribbons we have in the family folders and have a list of who is missing what so not to worry the swimmers will get their ribbons by season end.

General Reminders:

• Volunteer sign-ups for Star Wars (6/22) AND Tidal Waves (6/25) will be Monday, 6/13 at 9pm due to movie night tomorrow.
• Movie Night tomorrow night, 6/12, at John Simpson at 7:30pm. Our social crew has a fun night planned. Come watch Sing 2 with your swim family. RSVP here.
• Please report all of your Meet Absences by noon the Tuesday before the meet (or earlier) - late scratches cause a lot of work for the coaches and tent parents and the potential for kids not to get to swim in relays. 
• We added a few Lost and Found items from the meet. Check the bin outside the gate at practice this week.
• When you leave after practice please straighten any tables and push in any chairs - we want to leave Bella Mar in the same or better shape that we found it :-)
