WOW! What an incredible meet that was yesterday. That is what it is all about, I loved watching everyone cheering on the team until the very end. Here are just a few post meet points and other information..

Post Meet Documents: the following documents are attached to this email and can also be found in the calendar section (under past events) on the website:

• Meet Results - Official results from the meet
• Individual Records - We had to records beat yesterday
  • Josh Bedford (15-17 boys) — 100 Free
  • Aidan Spaulding, Gavin Orris, Gabriel Aleman & Joshua Bedford (15 - 17 boys) — 200 Free relay
• Invitational Qualifiers - This is a list of individuals who have qualified to attend the Invitational on July 10th. Invitational Qualifying times can be found on the right hand side of the website as well as at the top of each event on the Heat Sheets. We have 62 qualifiers in so far and will have many more as the season progresses! CONGRATULATIONS!
  • I will be distributing invitational caps as soon as they arrive.

Meet Photos: We have a hard-working volunteer each meet that takes photos of swimmers, coaches, parents, volunteers, etc. You can access the photos once they are posted by clicking on the "Meet Photos" button on the right hand side of the website.

Ribbons: Ribbons will be in your family folder which will be along the wall of the pavilion during practice all week

• NOTE: The circuit is still waiting on the delivery of ribbons for this season. We have placed the ribbons we have in the family folders and have a list of who is missing what so not to worry the swimmers will get their ribbons by season end.

General Reminders:

• Volunteer sign-ups for our 7/2 meet against Anderson Mill is tonight at 9pm. There are many who still need points, I highly suggest you log on at before 9 and keep refreshing ignorer to get the jobs you need.
• NO practice on Wednesday 6/22 due to the Star Wars meet (more info coming in a separate email)
• Report all of your Meet Absences by noon the Tuesday before the meet (or earlier)
• We added a lot of items to Lost and Found from the meet on Saturday. Check the bin outside the gate at practice on Tuesday.
• Please do not park in the Handicapped Parking spots unless you have a legitimate need to be in that spot
• When you leave after practice please straighten any tables and push in any chairs - we want to leave Bella Mar in the same or better shape than we found it :-)

This will be a busy week… we have our Star Wars meet Wednesday and then turn around and have another one on Saturday.
