Parents,

What a crazy weekend--I know many of you were shuttling kids from the meet to other sports activities and then back to make relays. It was a LONG day, but thank you to all who volunteered; without our volunteers we couldn’t have these meets!! Here are just a few post meet points and information.

Post Meet Documents: the following documents are linked, attached to this email and can also be found in the calendar section (under past events) on the website:

• Meet Results - Official results from the meet are attached and can be found here
• Invitational Qualifiers - Here is a list of individuals who have qualified to attend the Invitational on June 30. Qualifying times can be found on the right hand side of the website as well as at the top of each event on the Heat Sheets. We have 38 qualifiers after our first meet and will have many more as the season progresses! CONGRATULATIONS! (Coach Diana will be distributing invitational caps at practice on Tuesday.)
• Record Holders - Congratulations to all our new record holders! Find our NEW RED team records attached.

Meet Photos: We have a hard-working volunteer each meet that takes photos of swimmers, coaches, parents, volunteers, etc. You can access the photos by clicking here or on the "Meet Photos" button on the right hand side of the website. Password is "stars"

Ribbons 101:

• Because this meet was a tri-meet placement ribbons are given for 1st - 12th place in individual events and 1st - 3rd place for relays
• Time Improvement ribbons are given for any swimmer that improves their time in that event
• Participant ribbons are given to any 5/6 swimmer that did not receive a placement or time improvement ribbon for that meet
• Ribbons will be in your family folder which will be along the wall of the pavilion during practice all week

General Reminders:

• Volunteer sign-ups for Forest North (6/1) opened yesterday
  
  
  • We still need a few volunteers for our Round Rock meet this weekend
• We practice Tuesday, Thursday AND Friday (5/24)
• Report all of your Meet Absences by noon the Tuesday before the meet (or earlier)
• We added a few Lost and Found items from the meet on Saturday. Check the bin outside the gate at practice on Tuesday.
• The entrance gates for Bella Mar pool are on the side by the basketball court or the main entrance by the play pool (the pavilion gate is not an entrance)
• Please don't prop open any gates at Bella Mar- I know it's a pain to constantly have to use your key fob but it's for the safety of younger children
• Please do not park in the Handicapped Parking spots unless you have a legitimate need to be in that spot
• When you leave after practice please straighten any tables and push in any chairs - we want to leave Bella Mar in the same or better shape that we found it
