Invitational Meet Information: 6/30

Dear Parents,

I am so excited to watch our swimmers this Sunday! They will be competing with the best swimmers in all of the Northwest Austin Swim Circuit at an amazing facility. Please see the schedule and notes below for important Invitationals information.

NOTE: No Tech suits of any kind are allowed. No wetsuits are allowed.

Please bring snacks and water for your swimmer. There is a concession stand, but last year they ran out of food and drinks. I want all swimmers to have what they need to perform at their best.

MEET DAY!

7:00AM Teams may begin setup.

8:30 Tent Parents Arrive

8:45 Swimmer Check-In

9:15 Volunteer Check-In

9:10-9:30- Stars Warmups - Diving Pool 1-8

9:30AM Coaches Meeting in hallway behind the Computer Room

9:45AM Officials Meeting in the Hospitality Room.

9:55AM National Anthem

INVITATIONAL SWIM MEET MANAGEMENT

OBSERVATION Family members may observe the meet from the side of the pool closest to the main entrance of the facility. There will be no reserved seating.

DECK ENTRY Deck access to the Natatorium is only permitted for qualifying NWSC invitational meet swimmers who are participating in the meet, registered coaches and volunteers, and registered meet officials.

All volunteers will be given a Deck Pass to access the deck area and must be working in their assigned capacity to remain on deck. Deck Passes must be visible at all times or removal from the deck will occur.

Any non-registered individuals not respecting these rules will be removed from that area or from the facility at the discretion of the Meet Director, Northwest Swim Circuit officials, or Natatorium Staff.

DECK EXIT Parents/guardians who want to pick up their young swimmers after they swim, but BEFORE the meet ends, will need to exit the natatorium and come around to the swimmer tent city

PARKING

Parking is available on site and at the adjacent High School. Please do not park in reserved spots with cones unless you have been assigned one of these spots due to your volunteer position. Please do NOT park on any grassy area. (Please see attached map)

Where to setup:

Swimmers will be dropped off at their teams designated area within the tent city. Tent city will be located on the back side of the building. (Please see attached map)

MEET ABSENCES
