Dear Stars Red Families,

What an incredible meet!! I’m beyond proud of our swimmers—not just for their results, but for their effort, attitude, and team spirit.

Over the past two weeks, I told them that showing up to practice every day would lead to big improvements—and they delivered:

• 237 time-drops across all events...wow!🔥
• 18 New Invitational qualifiers, bringing our season total to 58 and counting!🔥

These numbers are exciting, but what truly matters is the growth behind them. As parents, there’s nothing better than hearing our swimmers go from “Swim team is too hard… I can’t do it” to “I’m having fun!” and—best of all—“I’m so proud of myself!”

That kind of transformation doesn’t happen by chance. It comes from dedication, encouragement, and the strength of a team that lifts one another up. Whether it’s trying a new stroke, swimming it legally, dropping time, or earning an Invitational cut—every step forward builds confidence and helps the entire team grow stronger.

A big thank you to our incredible coaching team for inspiring, motivating, and guiding our swimmers every step of the way. And to the families who brought snacks and treats—your generosity and support truly lifted spirits during these hot summer practices!

Tonight, we’re excited to host Teen Movie Night for our swimmers ages 13 and up! The coaches have planned fun relays, games, a belly flop and cannonball contest, and we’ll wrap up the evening with Guardians of the Galaxy under the stars. It’s the perfect way for our swimmers to relax, have fun, and celebrate all they’ve accomplished together.

Looking ahead, we’ll be racing Forest North on Saturday, June 14th at our home pool, Bella Mar. Let’s bring the energy and that Red Stars spirit!

And finally—thank you for supporting your swimmers the way you do. It means the world to them. Your cheers, encouragement, early mornings, and positive energy make all the difference. We’re so grateful to have such an amazing group of families on this journey with us.
